Lamb doesn’t just have to be for Easter! These grilled lamb chops are a delicious and easy way to try a new protein and impress your family and friends. For an extra impressive finish, garnish with springs of rosemary!
Ingredients

2 tablespoons Chophouse Steak Seasoning
2 pounds thick cut rib chops or Lamb Loin
Juice from 1/2 Lime
3 tablespoons Orange Juice
4 finely Garlic Clove, Minced
Juice from 1/2 Lemon
¼ cup Olive Oil
¼ cup Red Wine Vinegar

Directions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients and 2 tbsp Chophouse Steak. Place the lamb chops in a glass baking pan and pour the marinade over the top. Flip the chops over a few times to make sure that they are completely coated.
- Cover the glass pan in aluminum foil and allow the lamb chops to marinade for 4-12 hours. Once the meat has finished marinating, drain off the excess marinade and discard.
- Fire up your Pit Boss and set the temperature to 400°F. If you’re using a gas or charcoal grill, set it up for medium high heat. Grill the chops for 5-7 minutes per side, then lower the temperature to 350°F or medium heat, and flip and grill for another 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the lamb chops from the grill, cover in foil, and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
