Try buying raw shrimp with the shell on. Grilling shrimp in the shell keeps its natural juices in and provides more flavor. Peel the shell after grilling and toss in a bowl with the seasoning.

Directions
Fire up your Pit Boss grill and preheat to 350°F. If you’re using a gas or charcoal grill, set it to medium heat.
In a glass mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, sour cream, Cajun seasoning, garlic, lemon juice, hot sauce, and Hickory Bacon. Whisk together until well combined.
Cajun shrimp: In a small bowl, add shrimp, olive oil, Cajun-style seasoning and Hickory Bacon seasoning and toss to combine. Set aside.
Transfer dip mixture into cast iron ramekin or small Dutch oven and cover with foil. Place on preheated grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until dip begins to bubble along the edges. At the same time, place cast iron pan on grill and add shrimp. Cook for about 3-5 minutes on each side or until shrimp are opaque.
Remove dip from grill and top with Cajun shrimp and scallions. Serve warm alongside garlic toast squares.
ENJOY!
