Directions
Pre heat smoker to 450 degrees Fahrenheit with Pit Boss Apple Wood Pellets for a hint of a little fruity flavor.
Then mix your salt, pepper, and our Pit Boss Boss Rub. Rub the spice that you just created and lather it all over the quail. Place quail on your top rack of your smoker or as far away from the heat source. Close the lid and let it be for 15 minutes.
As the quail is cooking gather the reaming ingredients in a bowl and whisk till fully combined. After the 15 minutes are up open you lid and grab a brush and coat the quail with your newly made mix. Close the lid and lets it cook for 10 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Let it rest and then enjoy.
