Ingredients
Rabbit, diced up into medium size pieces (3 lbs. average)
2 teaspoon salt & pepper
1/4 cup vegetable oil
4 teaspoons sugar
¾ of a whole onion (Rough chopped)
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon paprika
1 ½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

3 tablespoons Pit Boss® Texas BBQ Rub
1 cup water

Directions
Pre heat your smoker to 350 degrees F
Get your vegetable oil hot in a large skillet. Then place your diced up rabbit meat and brown all sides. As the rabbit gets color in a bowl combine all the remaining ingredients including the water and Worcestershire sauce; pour over rabbit
Place the skillet into the smoker uncovered for 80 minutes, make sure to baste meat frequently. Best way to tell when the meat is done, is when its tender.
