To enhance meat flavor and texture, use this tool to remove the membrane with ease

Making perfectly smoked ribs has never been easier thanks to the Pit Boss Rib Prep Tool. Removing the membrane from ribs is necessary for getting the flavor and texture of the meat just right. The Pit Boss Rib Prep Tool makes the process of removing the membrane quick and easy so you can get down to doing what matters most— BBQ.
3 easy steps:
Step 1:
Insert the single end of the tool under the membrane of the second rib to create a gap between the membrane and the meat
Step 2:
Remove the tool, flip it around and insert the pointed edge into the gap
Step 3:
Clamp down and pull to remove the membrane
