Directions
Set your Pit Boss grill to 350°F
In a small bowl, combine cheese, bacon, jalapeno and ranch dressing.
In a clean, large bowl, combine ground beef with enough salt, pepper to taste, and Bold Burger Rub.
Form meat into patties and place on a pan. A good rule of thumb is for each patty to be about the size of the palm of your hand.
Using a clean glass, press into each patty, leaving the imprint of the bottom of the glass in the patty. Stuff the filling into the indent. Grill for 25 minutes or until the ground beef reaches an internal temperature of 160°F. Serve hot.
