Directions
Fire up your Pit Boss Grill and set the temperature to 350°F. If you’re using a gas or charcoal grill, set it up for medium high heat. Preheat with lid closed for 10-15 minutes.
In the cast iron pan add cream cheese, shredded cheese, beer, onion powder, and All Purpose GSP Rub. Once grill is at 350°F place cast iron skillet onto the grill and cook for about 10 minutes, stir and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
Top with more shredded cheese and fresh parsley. Serve with fresh baked pretzels as well
