When two of your favorite flavors combine, you get these zesty and tangy Buffalo Ranch Chicken Wings. The wings are grilled until perfectly charred on the Pit Boss then tossed in a homemade Buffalo sauce that gets a little help from ranch seasoning. The ranch adds depth and tones down the heat of the Buffalo for a truly mouthwatering bite.

Directions
Fire up your Pit Boss pellet grill on SMOKE mode and let it run with lid open for 10 minutes then preheat to 425° F. If using a gas or charcoal grill, set it up for medium-high heat.
Place chicken wings in a large mixing bowl. Season with Sweet Heat.
Prepare sauce: Set a small cast iron skillet or saucepan on the grill. Add the hot pepper sauce, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, Sweet Heat, cayenne, and granulated garlic to the skillet, and whisk to combine. When the sauce begins to bubble, remove the skillet from the grill and whisk in butter. Transfer the sauce to a mason jar.
Combine 1 cup of the buffalo sauce with ranch seasoning. Set aside.
Place wings on the grill and cook for 20 minutes, flipping and rotating every 3 to 5 minutes.
Remove wings from the grill when an internal temperature of 165° F is reached. Transfer to a mixing bowl, then pour sauce over. Toss to evenly coat. Garnish with fresh chives and serve warm.
