Ingredients
1 Can
Black Beans, Rinsed and Drained
1 Cup
Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
2 Cups
Chicken, Diced
(if desired)
Cilantro
1 Can
Corn Kernels, Drained
(if desired) Pickled
Jalapeno Peppers

Red Onion, Diced

Directions
On a large sheet pan, spread out half the tortilla chips, then cover with half the shredded cheese and one cup of chicken. Sprinkle with half of Champion Chicken Rub. Top with the rest of the tortilla chips, cheese, chicken and remaining seasoning.
Turn your Pit Boss Grill to 350° F. Grill for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and everything is warmed all the way through. Remove the pan from the grill.
Top the nachos with the black beans, corn, diced red onion, sour cream, cilantro and pickled jalapenos.
Serve and enjoy!
