Trust us on this one, these Peanut Butter and Jelly Chicken Wings are the unexpected flavor combo you’ll wish you had discovered sooner. Irresistibly savory, sweet and spicy, the P B & J wings are marinated in a mixture of strawberry jam, peanut butter, honey and spicy Thai chili sauce. Grill them up until the skin crisps and caramelizes then top them off with a crunchy coating of whole grilled peanuts.

Directions
Place chicken wings in a 9 x13 glass baking dish. Pour mixture over chicken, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Fire up your Pit Boss Platinum Series KC Combo and preheat grill to 400° F. Preheat griddle to medium-low flame. If using a gas or charcoal grill, set it to medium-high heat.
Place wings directly on grill grate, over indirect heat, and cook for 20 to 25 minutes, rotating wings every 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, place shelled peanuts on the griddle, turning occasionally with a metal spatula for 5 to 7 minutes, to lightly roast. Remove from the griddle and set aside to cool.
Remove wings from grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes. While wings are resting, shell the peanuts, and transfer to a resealable plastic bag. Use a rolling pin to crush the peanuts, then scatter peanuts on top of the chicken wings. Serve warm.
